During the general overhaul of our folding rollers the folding shaft core is ground in a complex process, adjusted to the concentricity and covered with new polyurethane rings. As a result, our overhauled folding rollers correspond to the quality of a new folding roller in terms of concentricity, running performance and all other product characteristics.

A general overhaul of rollers is recommended if you need a special type of roller outside our large standard range or if you wish to replace folding rollers for older presses for which original spare parts are no longer available.
